By ordering with us online, or via the telephone you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Orders placed via the website are not accepted until you receive a delivery notice from us. This is to enable us to prioritise delivery to local, vulnerable people.

We aim to provide delivery or your order within 2 working days.

We may need to reject and refund your order if your delivery address is too far for us to feasibly manage.

Not all dishes will be available, and we may need to contact you to arrange a substitute or refund in such cases.

Where any refunds are agreed which are not for the full amount of the order, then a credit against a future order will be given by way of a voucher code.
